In this place time stands still
All you hear is
The water
As it rushes down the stream
The wind
As it blows thru the branches of the trees
The snap of a twig
As the inhabitants of this place carry on their daily routines
You stand along the stream amongst trees that have been in this place since time began
You close your eyes and breath in air so fresh and clean like nothing you have inhaled before
The smell of the trees, and wild flowers, and water, and freshness surrounds you
You are intoxicated by this place
This place has a language as old as the Earth itself
You stand there in your spot by the stream
This place calls to you
Beckons to you to listen to its stories
This place welcomes you into its arms like a long lost sister
And you know you are home
